So far we are very happy we purchased this system. We have intercom between our conference room, office and reception; voice announcements for incoming calls and broadcast calling if we need it. We have 4 offices, a break room and a reception area in our office suite so we needed a wireless system that fairly simple to use. We have been using this system for about a month and it has been great. We have used the message system as our phone provider does this for us.

Symptoms, phone lights would flash and one could not receive calls. Fine product, works as designed.Died after 26 months - April 2007 - June 2009 RIPTragically short lifespan. Resetting phone periodically worked for a few weeks, and one day, sob, it could not be revived.
The voice quality and range seems very good. Voice mail and auto-attendant features are adeqate, but very confusing to set up.I would recommend, with the answering system caveat.
Cordless + 4 lines + inexpensive = good.Most four line systems are much more expensive, and not as easy to use. Setting this thing up with 5 extra handsets was a breeze.
